Lake Travis is one of our favorite spots to go watch Fireworks on July 4th. While it is awesome to be able to watch fireworks from a boat we actually prefer watching them from shore–Lake Travis, unfortunately, gets quite dangerous on major holidays.
Fireworks start at dark (about 9:30 pm) on both July 3rd and July 4th. You can find a complete listing at the LakeTravis.com site. The video below is the fireworks just off Starnes Island.
